"TESTBOR" LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Mock24", "we", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit or use Mock24.uz.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information when you interact with Mock24:

1. Personal Identification Information:

   • Full Name

   • Phone Number

   • Email Address

   • Profile photo/avatar (optional)

2. Academic & Usage Data:

   • Mock exam scores, time spent per question, test completion rates, and performance analytics.

   • Log files, IP address, device type, operating system, and browser details.

3. Payment Information:

   • Transaction history and payment receipts. Note: Mock24 does NOT store or process your bank card numbers, PIN codes, or CVC codes. All transactions are securely handled directly by licensed payment providers (PCI DSS compliant).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your Personal Cabinet on Mock24.

• To deliver the test services you purchase and calculate your mock exam results.

• To display your test scores on leaderboard rankings (anonymously or using your display name).

• To send critical system notifications, security alerts, and payment receipts via SMS or email.

• To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, screen-recording abuses, and multi-user account sharing.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We respect your personal information and do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share data only under the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: Sharing necessary transaction details with processing partners (Click, Payme, Uzum) to process payments.

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or official request from legal authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. DATA SECURITY

We employ technical and organizational security measures (including data encryption, SSL protocols, and restricted server access) to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. However, please remember that no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA RETENTION

• 5.1. Access and Correction: You can view and edit your personal profile details anytime inside your Personal Cabinet.

• 5.2. Account Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data by emailing info@mock24.uz.

• 5.3. Retention Limits: If an account is deleted, test history and performance analytics are permanently removed. Transaction records required by Uzbek tax and accounting laws will be retained for the minimum statutory period (up to 5 years).

6. COOKIES

Mock24 uses session and analytical "Cookies" to keep you logged in, save your test progress, and analyze user navigation to improve platform speed and usability. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may cease to function correctly.
